Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of BR HRMS (the “Service”), operated by BR Innovate Future Sdn. Bhd. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts & access
Access is provided to employees and administrators by their employer. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify your employer’s administrator of any unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate workplace HR purposes authorised by your employer.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations or users.
- Do not interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
3. Data & privacy
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your employer is the controller of employee data processed through the Service.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and statutory rates may be updated to reflect changes in Malaysian regulations.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service supports HR and payroll administration but does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Employers remain responsible for the accuracy of their data and for their statutory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Access may be suspended for breach of these Terms or non-payment of the employer’s subscription.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
